In an age of algorithm-driven recipes, we’re curating an evening inspired entirely by cookbooks . We’ve been dusting off old volumes, flipping through pages, and selecting the best recipes to share at the table.

This Supper Club reintroduces the experience of cooking from cookbooks. The dishes may come from books far away or from the chef’s grandmother’s notes, you’ll only know when you sit with us.
