Ayush is a development practitioner and storyteller who has spent the last decade working with young people, educators, and communities through nonprofits and creative collaborations. He combines experience in fundraising, partnerships, and program management with a deep interest in experiential learning and youth agency. As a theatre enthusiast, Ayush uses performance and visual storytelling to make complex social issues accessible and to spark dialogue. He is particularly passionate about creating safe, reflective spaces where learners can explore their identities, aspirations, and futures.
